We're sorry to see you go!

You can cancel or pause your rolling subscription at any time.  You are not obligated to continue with any subscription type or period and there is NO cancellation fee.

You can cancel by:

  • Logging into your account on our website. If you haven't set up an account yet, you can do so by signing up with the same email you used when you subscribed.
  • Contacting us with your order number.
  • Terminating payments directly with your bank.

Extra copies are shipped within 1-3 days of ordering.  Multiple orders for overseas customers are always sent separately (to keep to 'Letter' post under 100g).  They will be marked 1 of 4 etc.

If your magazine hasn’t arrived within the month that it was issued (e.g. you haven’t received your January issue in January), we’re so sorry! Kindly contact us so we can sort this out.

To guarantee quicker content, we sometimes have extra magazines in stock which are sent out within 1-2 business days and we also sell digital issues.

Digital magazines will be sent to your inbox by the 7th of each month. Remember to check your spam inbox in case it has filtered into there!

Please bear in mind that we operate on a pre-order basis and our monthly subscription cycle begins at 00:00 on the 25th (London, UK time). So, the date of your first emailed issue depends on the day you start your subscription. For example, if you start your subscription:

Between the 1st to the 24th, you will be emailed the next month’s issue.

Between the 25th to the 31st, you will be emailed the month after the next month’s issue.

(If you missed an issue you wanted, you can always buy a copy on our shop page.)

If your digital magazine hasn’t arrived in your inbox the month that it was issued (e.g. you haven’t received your January issue in January), we’re so sorry! Kindly contact us so we can sort this out.

We aim to ship our magazines within the first week of the month, though this may vary by a day or two depending on the speed of our provider.

Please bear in mind that we operate on a pre-order basis and our monthly subscription cycle begins at 00:00 on the 25th (London, UK time). So, delivery of your first issue depends on the day you start your subscription. For example, if you start your subscription:

  • Between the 1st to the 24th, you will receive next month’s issue.
  • Between the 25th to the 31st, you will receive the month after next month’s issue.

ROYAL MAIL POSTAGE TIMINGS:

UK delivery aim : 1-2 working days

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days - but can take up to 14 working days

Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days - but can take up to 14 working days

You can only change your address for FUTURE payments and associated deliveries: 

E.g. Payment date 15th March (for April issue) – change before 15th March for your April issue to get to your new address. Otherwise, please contact us.  

To change your shipping address/name on your subscription, log into your account page (if you do not have an account yet, just create one with the same email you used to make a subscription).

Our provider requires you to change your address in two places:

• On your account page: Click 'View Addresses' on the right. Either ‘Edit’ your existing address, or 'Add a new address'. At the end of the form, make sure to tick 'Set as default address'. Also make sure you only have ONE active address showing eg 'View Addresses (1)'

• Go back to your account page: Click 'My Subscriptions' on the right. Then click on 'Manage subscription' and next to your shipping address, click 'change'. Once changed, click 'Update address'

If you have ordered a single, extra magazine:

Please contact us as soon as you realise the error. Make sure to check and double check your shipping details for extra orders, as our turnaround is typically very fast.

Firstly, login to your account on our shop page. If you haven't created an account yet, you can do this at anytime using the same email address that you initially subscribed with.

Once you've logged in, select 'My subscriptions', then click on 'Manage your subscription' and next to the Payment Method, click 'update'.

A secure link will then be sent to your email address to update your billing details.

TRACKED (overseas) & SIGNED FOR (UK)

Happily, we have re-instated the above options, which provide you with a tracking number to see where you package is en route. By selecting these more expensive options, your packages will be sent priority by us, but will use the same Royal Mail standard delivery service, so won't necessarily be quicker.

*Please note that standard postage will NOT provide tracking details.

If you'd like to change to tracked, you will need to cancel your current standard subscription and start a new subscription, selecting 'Tracked'.

STANDARD POST (OVERSEAS)

Standard delivery will NOT provide tracking details - however, most customers opt for this low cost service as we are always here to positively resolve any difficulties or non-receipt. 

PACKAGING

If you are overseas and have ordered multiple copies, packages will be sent individually to keep under 100gms weight ('Letter' post).  We will label them 1 of 3 etc so you know which ones are on their way.

We use re-cyclable envelopes and like many businesses have eliminated packaging slips as an initiative to reduce packaging waste.  Any details regarding your purchase can be found on your account page.

POSTAL COST VARIATIONS

Due to periodical price increases by Royal Mail, you may notice slight increments in delivery costs now and again. We endevour to keep delivery costs as low as we possibly can, but unfortunaterly, these third party costs are out of our control.

Of course, if you find you can no longer afford the postage, you can contact us at any time to review / refund your order, as long as you let us know before the end of the month.

This may be because you didn’t create an account when you initially subscribed, or because the email you are using is different to the one you subscribed with. Please contact us to ask for an ‘account invite’ and we’ll send you a link straight away.

Customers in the UK will never be charged customs tax.

The majority of our international customers also won't be charged customs tax due to the compact size of our magazines. However, depending on your country, there is a possiblility that you'll be asked to pay customs and handling fees on delivery. If this does happen, you can either:

  • Pay the customs tax (this will be approximately 17 – 21% of the magazine cost), plus a handling charge by the courier)

OR

  • Refuse payment and keep the receipt/proof. On the first occasion this happens, we can send you a digital magazine for that month's issue, and will provide a full refund.

Please bear in mind that you can cancel your subscription at any time and always have the option to switch to a digital subscription.

Unfortunately, these fees are out of our control, and to counter this, we make every effort to keep baseline postage costs as low as possible.

Discounts can be used towards extra magazines and digital copies.
