Important Update: Patch's Loyalty Programme Closing Soon

We have some important and exciting news to share! Our current loyalty plan has outgrown its purpose, and we will be closing it soon, with the official end date set for 29th August 2024. Subscribers can use their points for discounts on additional physical magazines, digital copies, and merchandise up until this date. Please note, however, that points cannot be applied to current subscriptions, which is one of the reasons we are enhancing our current offering.

To check your rewards balance, just click the present icon at the bottom right of your account page. Remember, 100XP equals £1 in discounts!

FAQ’s

  • How many points/XP do I have?

To find out how many points you have, first login to your account here, and then click on the blue present icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. You can then see how many XP you currently have.  

  • How do I redeem my points/XP?

 Login to your account here, and then click on the blue present icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Click on ‘ways to redeem’. Click redeem. Using the slider, choose how many points you would like to convert to a discount code. 100XP = £1. A code will then be generated which you can use when shopping for extra magazines, digital copies or merchandise. 

  • What can I spend my discount voucher on?

Your voucher can be spent on extra copies of past magazines, digital copies, or merchandise.

  • How long do I have to spend my points/XP?

You have until 29th August to spend your points/XP. After this, the loyalty programme will be shut down and you will lose access to any outstanding XP.

  • Can I spend my voucher on my current subcsription?

Unfortunately, you cannot redeem your voucher against your current physical or digital subscription. This is one of the reasons why we are removing our current loyalty programme, and replacing it with something much more exciting…stay tuned!

  • I have redeemed my points for a voucher - where can I find it?

When you redeem your points for a voucher, you will receive an email confirmation which will contain a discount code for your next order. 

You can also find this by logging in to your account, clicking on the blue present icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen, and clicking on ‘Your Rewards’.
