Patch of Approval is an annual print showcase of indie games celebrated for their outstanding work and meaningful contributions to the industry. This special edition of Patch magazine is released every November, in celebration of our anniversary and all of the brilliant indie creations released over the past year.
With the help of our community's selections, the nominees for 2024 have been decided and now, the power is in YOUR hands! Place your votes before the 25th of September 2024, 18:00 BST, to determine which games will win a Patch of Approval. The winners, along with two special categories (see below), will be revealed in the November 2024 issue of Patch magazine.

This category is exclusively available in our Discord server! The Community Champion award celebrates the games that have captured the hearts of our community of readers. It’s not just about the gameplay - it’s about the conversations, the shared experiences, and the games that bring us all together.
